OnCourse is made to change how organizations use their sales automation CRMs and save loads of time. It provides better tools that has the power to upend old ways of thinking, make everyone more efficient, and transform a business. OnCourse is an intuitive software for the businesses of tomorrow.
OnCourse CRM, an in-house product of Zibtek was designed by a remote freelance team in the early stages. When I became part of the marketing team of Zibtek, the organization assigned me to revamp the CRM interfaces, user experience design and maintenance of OnCourse marketing websites, and develop front-end components in Angular frameworks and collaborate with backend developers.

The design system was already designed by the team, so I take over the style guide, researched and proposed few updates, and identified pain points and suggested required improvisations.
In the beginning, the CRM was released as a beta, and most teams inside Zibtek were already started using it. So when I started conducting interviews, I approached managers of the internal teams, also got in touch with some sales and marketing teams outside of Zibtek. We created a questionnaire for them and gather their feedback. Most of them gave valuable suggestions on the interfaces and experiences which helped the marketing team and the design team to resolve them before deploying the full-fledged application.
Many integrated applications, like OnCourse Social, Cloud Storage were introduced during the 2020s. Many add-on features and external applications like sales calculators, chatbots were introduced during this time. When the overall interface designed modern - lightweight, ease of access, well-maintained search engine optimization increased the website visitors. Throughout the design and development, we gave importance to performance and user experience.

During our interview with some users, they pointed out the difficulty they faced during the signup process, so we refined our signup process into four steps with an updated user interface.
2020, the team decided to create a mobile application for the CRM. The Flutter team was responsible for the development of the application whereas we the design were responsible for the research and design of various interfaces and prototypes in Adobe XD.
Here's the CRM interface of the OnCourse app. There are many screens and user flows in the application, during the designing process the team followed the design system and helped the backend team developing the frontend components of the interfaces.
